Chloé Merz’s bartending career started with humble aspirations of simply securing a part-time job while looking for her next move. However, she quickly realized that life behind the bar was far more exciting and brought her much more happiness than a nine-to-five job ever could. Success has followed her throughout the journey, winning multiple awards including the Mixology Bar Awards: Newcomer of the Year 2018.
