Ingredients

  • ml
1.5 oz Patrón Añejo
.5 oz Cherry liqueur
.25 oz Mezcal
1 dash Orange bitters
1 dash Mole bitters
+ Lemon twist for garnish
45 ml Patrón Añejo
15 ml Cherry liqueur
7.5 ml Mezcal
1 dash Orange bitters
1 dash Mole bitters
+ Lemon twist for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine tequila, cherry liqueur and bitters in a mixing glass.
  2. Stir with ice to chill.
  3. Pour over a large ice cube and serve in a double old fashioned glass.
  4. Pour mezcal gently over the surface of the drink.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
